This building only has 2 bedroom apartments. The building is relatively new and the finish is great. The apartment is very spacious with a huge balcony. The location is great and most of Dubai hotspots are easily accessible. The staff is very helpful and maintenance issues are dealt with immediately.Highly recommended. -

This is a very nice apartment with very good owner. I have been stayed here for 3-years and all is fine, their watchman are polite and very helpful with quick actions for any repair or maintenance stuff. Five star recommended, with 2BR available. I am deciding to move out as i need now 3BR, unfortunately they dont have such 3BR size. -

Beautiful apartments in quiet location with easy access to many locations. Highly recommended. Hazel is very helpful and efficient at helping me to rent the apartment. -
