Been living in Roy Mediterranean for a bit now—honestly, it’s been pretty good. The location in Al Furjan is super convenient, close to the metro and easy to get around. My studio is compact but nicely done, and maintenance is usually quick. Gym and pool are decent, nothing fancy but clean. Only issue is the parking can be tight and sometimes you hear hallway noise. But for the price and location, no real complaints. Solid spot overall.

Building is good quality and apartments are furnished, so ideal for those who are not looking to invest in furniture, either living short-term or long. Decent amenities such as gym and swimming pool etc and overall a supportive staff.One issue I faced was that my washing machine broke and they were not able to fix the issue for a whole damn month.

I stay here almost 1 year its very safe clean and calm... before taking apartment i read comments there is fire alarm everyday... its totally wrong it happen once in a Six month..Pool also free lifts always free, there is only one small problem sim signals are weak.Final comment nice building

I live here for more than one year now. Everything is clean and well maintened. I dont hear any of my neighbours, so it means azizi is not that bad as many people say here. Pool is always free, and super clean, just few people on the weekends are having fun there. I never had any problems with hot water in this building too

Very nice place to live with your family,, building is nice, neat & clean.Super peaceful area, Building staff is very friendly & helpful. I am living here since 3 years & enjoying my stay. Al Furjan Mall is no walking distance

In general Very good building but theres some thing i didnt like it as the pool closing very early in 10pm it should close in 12pm.Fire alarm always working.
