    Located just near JBR. Large swimming pool, barbeque area, private children playground. Good supermarkets and cafes nearby. This is residential building, mamy tourists coming via airbnb and booking. Quality of apartment depends on owner or hosting company, all different.

    Booked an apartment via vrbo/homeaway/airbnb. Massive rooms. Clean bathrooms. Well maintained. More than adequate furnishing and equpment and loaded with clean kitchen utensils and amenities.Great view of the marina, beach and the sky dive airstrip and sky divers during day.Grocery stores right below with free delivery.Gym, pool and parking facilities available.

    Poor location of the pool: in the winter months the pool is almost always in the shade, it’s cold and no one swims. While in the neighboring towers the pools are on the sunny side and are full of people.There are some cockroaches and ants.Otherwise everything is fine.

    Beautiful part of the city, beach very close, 10 min walk. Metro 15 min walk, very well connected to other parts of the city. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. Under the building there is a shop and supermarket that works 24/7. Wonderful stay experience.
