I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent management of the Samana Greens building by Samana Holding and the outstanding efforts of Mr. Ahmed, the Development Manager.The building itself is very comfortable and always clean, reflecting the high standards maintained by Samana Holding. The maintenance team is highly efficient, always available, and responds promptly to any issues, which adds to the convenience and comfort of living here.Over the past two months, I have noticed a significant improvement compared to before. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed for his exceptional follow-up and dedication to improving the services in the building. His genuine interest in ensuring residents are comfortable and satisfied is truly commendable. This level of care and professionalism has made a significant positive impact and is greatly appreciated.Thank you for the excellent service and commitment to quality!

Nice and well arranged Apartments, Arjan is a gated community, and has a lot of schools, it has miracle garden as well some good restaurents near by. This bulding units have a spacious layouts, modern style and it is very clean among others.

It has been a few months since I settled into this property and it has certainly exceeded my expectations. The facilities are great and the pool is a dream come true. The level of comfort offered by this building is also very excellent. I feel like Im living in a five star hotel but every day. I highly recommend it!
