    I am living as a tenant at Samana Hills about 3 weeks. Seen bad reviews and wanted to comment. Yes, building itself not a high standard segment. Kitchen appliances are not “Bosch”, but overall, everything is bright and tidy. Very up to date fashion. The tile on the floor is making all feel luxury. Corridor, elevators, pleasant smell in hall all leaves positive vibrations.Regarding alarms - haven’t heard yet. Mold did not face yet. Cockroaches - we did pest control before moving in, and building management did pest control after a week, so haven’t seen any yet. God, I hope not to see them at anyways, even if most people say that cockroach is local fauna.About leakages it is true, seen couple of times in a parking zone.Pool is okay, not crowded, we liked. Overall I think Samana Hills is great option in terms of price and quality.

    There is a Filipino guy at the reception in charge of this building. He is very gentle and polite. A few days ago, I got into trouble and the security didnt help me much. The Filipino guy at the reception was very polite and helped me.thank you so much youre so kind.

    Good location. Well priced apartments with good ROI. Watch video on my IG @lisa.dubaiproperty for more details. You must drive to live here. Peaceful. Impressive pool area. Nice neat finishings. Units with private pools which is pretty cool.

    Samana is good building.From the time I came here it was a quiet place.but now because of the maintenance a building near here and a mosque and the medical clinic near here its a bit noisy.i close the windows but I can hear the noise yet.even its near highway and i. Can hear the cars are pass through it

    I also had some problems, I called Samana after-sales service, they were quite responsive. I thank Mr. Ahmed the works manager who did what was necessary to have the company do the work at a better price. As well as I thank Rocky at reception for the follow-up.
