    Excellent building with a gym and all amenities close by. Clean and well maintained.The building management and maintenance company is pretty responsive and will work promptly on anything you request them. Security is pretty alert too.

    I also had some problems, I called Samana after-sales service, they were quite responsive. I thank Mr. Ahmed the works manager who did what was necessary to have the company do the work at a better price. As well as I thank Rocky at reception for the follow-up.
