    We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Savoy Park Hotel. A special thanks to Karan from the room cleaning staff — he did an outstanding job keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. His attention to detail and friendly attitude truly made a difference. We also want to appreciate the entire hotel staff for their polite and welcoming nature, which made us feel right at home.     We had a fantastic stay at Savoy Park Apartments! Huge thanks to Altaf and Abhijit at breakfast—they were always smiling, kind, and went above and beyond every morning. Service was top-notch: we reported a washing machine issue and it was replaced within an hour! The blackout curtains were amazing—we slept in every day. A comfortable, well-run place with exceptional staff. Highly recommended!

    I had a great stay at Savoy Park. I visited for work and stayed there for 10 days. Breakfast was included, and the service was excellent throughout my stay.     We had a great time in the hotel. Quite big appartment. You have everything you need for your stay. Staff was extremely polite. The breakfast quite good! The pool on the roof clean and with a nice view.

    I stayed at this hotel for almost a month with family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant.What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality—the staff were consistently polite, friendly. Rajiv Kumar from housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, ensuring my room was clean and tidy. Altaf from the kitchen staff was also incredibly kind and helpful.The entire team was warm and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The service and family-friendly environment make it a top choice. I would love to stay here again!

    From experience with the Hotel is marvelous. I had booked rooms as family was visiting UAE for the 1st time. The service provided by the entire team from the receptionist to bell boy all are perfect. They took care of the small babies very well. I personally will recommend this place for anyone who wants a peaceful, clean and safety stay.

    Great service, I evengot on request glutenfree bread and soya milk for breakfast. The hotel offers also shuttle bus to the beach and outlet shopping center. On the roof is a pool where we relaxed. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially Manöj as he took care of our room the whole stay.

    Our stay has been medium-term, and throughout this time we’ve received excellent service. From the friendly front desk team—including Mr. Niraj, the hotel manager—to Rash and Manoj, who have taken great care of our room, everyone has been kind, respectful, and always willing to help with any questions or needs.The room is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a longer stay like ours. The neighborhood is quiet and ideal for resting, while also being strategically located—close to several malls, three metro stations, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, and even traditional markets near the Creek Canal, all within walking distance.

    The rooms are very clean, comfortable, functional and cozy. Felt very home like. There is good access to public transport from the hotel.The breakfast spread was very good . We had great vegetarian options and the food was freshly made and delicious. Every morning we were looking forward for the breakfast!Most importantly the staff here were very friendly, respectful and ensured a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Mahesh for helping us out.     Hi all. I must say I was really impressed with this hotel. Room had everything as advertised. No bugs at all for 2 weeks. Wifi amazing. All staff very knowledgeable and helpful.     During a recent stay at Savoy Park hotel apartment. I must say it is decent property for short term and long term stay as well. Excellent location, central and well connected with bus/ metro/malls. Staff was very welcoming, The perfect place to explore Dubai from. Very comfortable and clean rooms.Breakfast was delicious with very wide buffet.We booked it for one month and I must say the staff is really kind and helpful. Special thanks to Raj who went above and beyond to ensure we have the best breakfast time to start our day. His attentive nature is really appreciative.

    We booked Savoy Park for our long stay in Dubai and we are thoroughly satisfied with the overall experience! The hotel has an excellent location and is very convenient to travel to all parts of Dubai.The staff is courteous and accommodating, the food is delicious and the hotel amenities are good.The best part is the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, a washing machine and a refrigerator and is ideal for young families with kids and toddlers!Staff is very helpful to take care of all your needs! Particular mention to Khusnud who took care of our needs promptly!

    I stayed at Savoy Park Hotel Apartments for 5 nights and I must say it was truly incredible. The hospitality is top notch. I couldn’t get the name but I really appreciate the gentleman who came to our table during breakfast time and checked if everything is ok, everyday, with a bright smile. Room was very comfortable for 3 people and house keeping was doing a fine job everyday. Kitchenette is provided if you wanna cook, along with cleaning essentials. The room is also equipped with an electric stove and a washing machine. At first I was sceptical about the location, but after a day it felt very safe and comfortable, once I got out and explored the surroundings. The closest metro is Sharaf DG which is a 10 min walk and a lot of restaurants and super markets within walking distance. You just have to be a little willing to walk and you can cover, Al Fahidi, Al Seef, Meena Bazar, and the famous souqs across the creek. I can say only good things about this hotel. Unfortunately because of my jam-packed schedule I couldn’t take any photos. Thanks for making our stay pleasant.

    Savoy park hotel is a very good hotel, neat and clean. Rooms are nice and spacious, bed linen are changed regularly with good facilities in the room. Good housekeeping service, A good breakfast with variety, specially the staff at the restaurant who were excellent and courteous. And excellent service by Mr.Raj, he is an asset for any organization.     Excellent Stay with Great Amenities and Convenient Location!Our group of four stayed at this hotel for five nights during our visit to Dubai, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, with nearby options for breakfast and grocery shops, making it very convenient.The rooms were very clean and well equipped with amenities like a fridge and an oven, which allowed us to enjoy a unique experience of cooking in the room. We booked connected studio rooms, which were perfect for staying together as a group. The hotel amenities were top notch, including a gym and a swimming pool, where we had a great time.We also used local transport for longer distance activities like The View at Palm and Wild Wadi Water Park. Burjuman metro station is within a 15 minute walk. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to Burjuman metro station in the morning, which we found very useful.The hotel allows outside food, and we enjoyed pizza one evening. The service was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. For shorter trips, we mostly used cabs, which were readily available.The location is great for activities like desert safari, with easy access to pickup and drop-off services. On our last day, although our flight was at 11:00 PM and checkout was at 12:00 PM, the hotel provided a luggage storage facility. They also allowed us to use common washrooms to refresh and relax in the lobby until our flight time, which was a thoughtful gesture.I highly recommend this hotel to families and groups looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities. It truly made our Dubai trip memorable!

    Wonderful experience. Hotel rooms were nice & clean. We got 1 extra bed for the baby. Rooms have kitchen, gas stove, utensils, crockery, oven & in bonus a washing machine. I forgot to click the pictures, but this is a nice place if you are travelling with family. Also, all main attractions are nearby approx 10-15min. Overall good experience.

    The service was amazing. Hotels rooms were cleaned everyday properly and the breakfast was also very good. First day we were dropped by the cab driver at another branch(Savoy Central) of Savoy by mistake The hotel manager then arranged for a transfer to the actual destination(Savoy Park) by confirming that we have a booking in another branch of theirs. That was really a great help for us in the evening when we landed there with kids and infant.

    I stayed here from Oct 3rd to 15th 2024 the room and staff were amazing. Location wise not the best but cant complain about it as well. Have to give a special mention to Khusnud he was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay there would have given it a four star but he made my experience a 5 star.

    We had booked 2 rooms , for 5 persons. Stayed for 5 nights in Dec24. Rooms were neat and clean , spacious. Staff was very supportive. It was my sons Bday and it was pleasant surprise to receive cake from Hotel . Theres small supermarket, ATM at 2 min walking distance. Also Burjuman mall and metro station at 8-10 min. If you are 3 pax in a room, then this hotel is best. Overall it was value for money.

The hotel’s location in Bur Dubai is ideal for sightseeing, and the shuttle service to the beach and malls is a great touch.     The staff were polite,supportive and they had beautiful smile all the time, they tried to meet all our needs.the room was clean and well equipped. the kitchenette was exactly what we wanted,feel like home. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious.the hotels location was excellent due to its proximity to the metro.It would be great if the pool could be used after 8 pm.Overall it was a great stay for us and I highly recommend it.

    Brilliant service by the staff! Hotel located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. Rooms aren’t that great and the bathrooms are small but the amazing service by each and every staff member makes up for it.Gym wasn’t up to the mark but they have a better gym in another hotel which they own nearby.Breakfast was average but they make nice omelettes on request and even offered to make Dosa. Mutton Biryani which I ordered for lunch was good.

    Rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchenette has everything necessary for a short stay. Location was perfect for us as some people in our group preferred Indian cuisine which was easily available in nearby restaurants. I also preferred the location as it was in a quiet area without too many bright & flashing lights as compared to touristy areas of Marina/ New Dubai.We only had one meal (breakfast) in the hotel which was fine but found it over priced compared to all the restaurants you can easily eat at nearby.The service is good and staff was helpful.Would stay here again.

    We received excellent service during our stay at the Park Savoy hotel apartments in Dubai. We were a family of 5 adults + 1 toddler and our choice of an interconnected studio (with kitchenette) was very good.The breakfast was served on time, pretty decent options daily and at this price, it was a very good deal indeed.One of us fell sick during our stay unfortunately and they were kind enough to help guide us to the nearest hospital and even sent us a wellness kit. Moreover, they even sent a complimentary cake for our toddlers birthday and had a small celebration in-room. The frontdesk, in-room service and housekeeping were all very prompt, courteous and welcoming.Only cons would be that the bathrooms were pretty small and it is a bit of a walking distance to the nearest attractions or good restaurants, but the latter is redeemed by various food delivery apps available to you.All in all, a very well deserved 5 stars !

    I recently stayed in Savoy park hotel apartment for a 2 week family vacation, and overall, my experience was quite nice. Beds were super comfy also sofa bed was available for kids to sleep. Nice pool on top floor. Room had mini kitchen to cook some basic things. They cleaned the room daily and changed towels when required. Key stopped working when it was in close contact with phone, but the person in the reception is quite responsive and fixed issues promptly.There are many restaurants and supermarket within 1km radius which was quite good.Few things to note:-You have the possibility to wash clothes but drying them is tricky if your room doesnt have a balcony.-When booking the accommodation I highly recommend booking in Local currency of UAE which is AED. If you book using any other foreign currency they add some conversion for it. And then upon arrival during check-in they still ask you to pay in AED for which again a conversion is applied. And they refused to take in the currency I booked for.-When booking the amount is not detected from your credit card.

    Stayed at Savoy park for a month and had a good experience. Excellent hospitality and service. Ram from housekeeping kept our room sparkly clean everytime. The management is very welcoming and is willing to help the guests at all times. We had a wonderful stay and we will recommend it to our family and friends.

    I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff members were really kind and helpful such as Mr Jasveer, Mr Sunil and others . The cleaning staff also were delightful and eager to help.     Great hotel, great service nice customer service. Clean, great location, computable with the price.Some comments, the shower stuff like towel and some kitchen supplies would be great to be newer.One big comment the detergent used to clean the carpet and the whole building was killing me. It’s very strong, it stays there the whole day. I would rather choose plain smell of the building, if needs any replacement it’s good to replace than use strong detergent. I didn’t know for days why I was feeling dizzy, not well but figured out at the end. It’s better to replace it with plain one cause there are sensitive health issue with detergents.

    The stay was really awesome. The check in and check out process is very simple. The staff was really helpful and always smiling. Breakfast is always complimentary, while lunch and dinner are chargeable. Based on customer requirement they prepare foods and serve us. There are many necessary shops around this hotel which is really useful. I definitely recommend everyone to stay here if anyone is visiting Dubai.

    Good and friendly staff, nice & big rooms, huge bed with a lot of pillows, bus to the beach in the morning. Some walking from metro is required - see map. The hotel is nice in its category, for sure.In general, my previous hotel in Dubai had been worse and my next hotel in Dubai moved after Savoy was also worse.     It was a great experience staying with Savoy Park Hotel Apartments. The staff is really courteous and caring. The manager, Neeraj and team makes sure to greet each and every guest personally on a daily basis ensuring the guests are having a satisfied and comfortable stay. The breakfast is really nice and offers a variety of options. Jasveer, Glen and Nestor at the cafe, make sure to cater any requests by the guests for the breakfast so they have a fulfilling one.     Very good hotel in Bur Dubai with clean rooms, excellent facilities with very friendly polite and helpful staff. All attractions are within 20 mins drive from the hotel. Rooms are spacious and they also provide locker and kitchen utensils. House keeping staffs maintains it very clean. It has gym swimming pool and other facilities as well.     A 3 star hotel with a 5 star attitude. So much from the staff wasnt expected when we went there. The concierge, the front desk, the waiters, everyone who interacted with us left an impression how humble can a person be. Anything we needed or even asked was served with a special treatment. My kids loved the place. Super clean rooms, nice ambience, centrally located, hygienic place, great morning breakfast, and not to miss its daily ice cream and popcorn feast.

    Amazing hotel and awesome staff. So courteous and caring. They give personalized attention to each one and keep small things in mind to make experiences much better. I wasnt well for majority of my stay, the manager of the hotel everyday on breakfast used to ask me about my wellbeing and also had sent a get well soon kit in my room which cheered up my mood.     Loved the hospitality by Savoy Park. The staff are helpful and courteous. The rooms are big and have all the amenities like induction stove, washing machine, toaster, iron, utensils to cook, fridge, etc.The breakfast provided, although repetitive, but tasted great. The menu is varied.Special shout out to Neeraj from reception and Tapas from the pantry. They were excellent along with the other staff members. Overall a great stay, will definitely return.

    The property is at a great location situated at the centre of town which eases navigation. Very neat and serene environment.Reception and staff hospitality is top notch. No complaints throughout our stay. Great laundry and room services. Although my husband preferred the gym at Savoy Crest because it had more equipment which was just about 2 blocks away.Efficient staffs like Sajn always ready to serve at breakfast. I recommend this hotel (5 stars)...However, I would recommend more variety to the breakfast menu daily.

    I am now almost 2years in Savoy Park.The hotel itself is a Solid 3 Star hotel next to Burjuman and close to the creek, Deira, Gold/Spice souk and Al Fahidi quarter, short it is based in old/original Dubai.Apart from that, what Savoy Park makes so special is the Service, you could say it is 5* Service and simply extraordinary, the whole Team from Front desk to room Service is amazingly professionell and friendly. Mr. Subash from housekeeping is doing a great Job in our room #402. Thank you Savoy Team for 2 great years!

    Location was a bit off the grid so you definitely need a ride hailing app for transport.service was outstanding by the counter/reception staff!breakfast was pretty acceptable with some changes to the dishes dailythe room unfortunately is a bit dated though my one bedroom suite had a full size fridge, microwave oven, as well as a cooker. Aircon was cold enough and was silent. Toilet was unfortunately a bit small.

    I was very pleasantly surprised with both the service and quality of the rooms at the Savoy Park Hotel Apartments.My room was cleaned to a high standard and towels were replaced everyday. The air con was simple to use and worked extremely well. The kitchen equipment and the washing machine worked properly without any issues and the staff are quick to ring you if any deliveries had arrived.Even when there was a WiFi issue, the hotel staff replaced all the routers in our rooms within minutes and restored high-speed internet service.The attention to detail was impressive and the staff were extremely friendly and catered to my every need. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.The gymnasium, pool and sauna were all well maintained and the sun beds by the pool offered delightful views of the Dubai Skyline.To any of the staff reading this review, from the receptionists to housekeeping, I appreciate each and every one of you for making this stay a thoroughly enjoyable and stress-free experience.

    Everything was fine, except the view, but the balcony side offered a better view than the non balcony rooms. I would have preferred a small oven to a microwave as I never use a microwave as they destroy any food you cook in them. The staff were very courteous and helpful and Ram gave excellent cleaning service.

    Our stay at Hotel Savoy Park - Dubai, was from 22 /01/24 till 29/91/24.Not only was our trip Awesome but our stay at Savoy Park was equally enjoyable - thanks to the excellent & helpful staff at Savoy Park.At the Front desk - Christine was par excellence. My wife had lost her mobile at Burj khalifa & we realised the same when we returned to our hotel.We were a bit low & were sure that the mobile was a lost cause for sure- Anyways the next day wifey said lets inquire with the front desk- so I approached Chrisitine at the front desk & told her how the mobile was lost .Well, Christine sprung into Action immdtly.She dialled Burj Khalifa s lost & Found section ,informed them about the lost mobile & had our complain registerd. To our surprise within an hour , we received a call from Bhurj Khalifa lost & found section informing us that they have the lost mobile & we can collect the same after due identifications. Apart from Christine the rest of the Front desk staff & Housekeeping were also equally cooperative & helpful.Now , coming to the Restaurant section, we had another pleasant surprise. Mr Jasveer needs a special mention, inquiring regularly about our requirements - since we are vegetarians .Mr Jasveers service was Par Excellence & so was Mr Neeraj who also was very helpful.Guys go for Savoy park as not only are the Amenties good but you will find the entire staff v cooperative & helpful.
