Its a very flood area with a gym and a swimming pool both are on the last floor floor 14 and the view is incredible from up there and there are kids playing in the playground they play football and they shoot hard so beware of them but and because of the strong winds at night the green plastic thing on top of the shed is torn other than that it is a great place

Good clean apartment building.. Good amount of space in 2 BHK home.. Staff services needs improvement as if any repair work is to be done, its done after 3-4 follow-ups.. Nice location, easily accessible to highway and nearby supermarkets.. Easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road. Due to construction of Villas behind the apartment the area is bit noisy but it will be peaceful in next 4-5 months as Villa construction is almost on the verge of completion..
