Mostly apartments have balconies. Few apartments don’t have balcony. All apartments have furnished kitchen.Male and Female Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Sauna and Stream available for all residents. Covered parking also available for each units.6 retail shops also available.Apartments are spacious and bright. Elegant finishing and good quality.Location is good and best for peaceful community.

Noisy from Al Khail road, windows are not sealed properly. Not much light in some rooms. Otherwise everything is nice in the building

Recently moved to this building. Before lived in busy business bay. Definitely moving to jaddaf to a new building SB was the best decision made this year. I’m in love with community
