    I have been living here since 2022, and it has been a great experience so far. The apartment is well-maintained. The security guard and facility staff are polite and always ready to help, making the place feel safe for my family and welcoming.Apart from the ongoing construction around, it is a peaceful and comfortable place to live. The community is well-kept, and the overall environment is pleasant.

    I came to have a look at this new SKB building at international city, and I was amazed with the building, it clean very cool. I was welcomed by a security at the reception who gave me all the relevant information about the building and I saw a house keeping staff busy cleaning which made me feel why the building is so clean.

    SBK building 77B block warranty 1 I came from another building and one of the reasons to left the building was their staff. I am here now and they have a good staff and they are very positive. Building is really nice with a wide entrance and good place to live.

    SBK bulding 77B Block Warsan.The appartments are lovely, pretty spacious. An the rooftop pool area is awesome! The security staff are super friendly and theres a little shop around the back that has a good selection of basic things.
