I’m new to this building. So far, i’m loving my stay here. It’s ideal for families looking for a peacefull and clean and well maintained building. Plus it has amenities like gym,pool,sauna and steam room.What I love the most here also is it’s caretaker, Mr. Vinod who is very helpfull, friendly and accomodating. He keeps the building very clean and well maintained and he would offer help whenever I need. The security guard, Rabin is also very attentive and respectful of the tenants.

We are staying at SBK building & now it’s been one year . All the staff who is working here is very helpful,specially Vinod .He is always available for help .you can count on him .He is keeping the building neat & clean always .He is very polite & presentable Man.
