Ive been living in SBO Tower since 2022. Shameer, the security guard, does an excellent job. Hes always watching and is very friendly, making sure everyone feels safe. I really like SBO Tower and want to thank Shameer for his great work and also thanks to all security guards and maintenance staff in SBO tower.

The building is well centralized for living and businesses. The staffs are accommodating and friendly, the finishing and furniture at the lobby is amazing, the gym is well equipped, only missing my favorite equipment, the sauna/steam, swimming pool is also cool. The agents are decently dressed, very corporative, helpful, understanding, willing to assist and well mannered. The company/building management must been spending a fortune to this set of teams together.Although the cost is high compared to the rent market rate in the location, but I feel it is well deserved. For me, I will give a satisfactory 4 stars, and will appreciate if rent rates can be a little reduced to accommodate budget concerns customers like us. But still I will recommend the building always.
