Its a residential building, ideal for families, rents above 90k/month, awesome view on the last floor especially.This building has good sanitation. There is a convenience(grocery)store and a restaurant and chaat station available below the building. Located in the center of the city. Many children play in this area. Tutoring classes for all grades are available here and there in this area. It is close to al seef by meraas(creekside) where you can go for walks, dine at restaurants, and much more... -
