Hello!! I’ve been staying here in SBK 1 for almost a year. And I couldn’t ask for more, this place is clean, SO QUIET, so peaceful. If you are looking for a home away from your home country, this place is highly recommended. A BIG THANKS TO SANJEEV , our SECURITY GUARD who is so hospitable and kind.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I’ve been staying here in this building for almost 4 years and it found it whole Family apartments…. It’s very neat, clean and well maintained….Specially security guy Sanjeev is very supportive and kind…Cleaning guy is hard working as well..

Been staying in the building for a year in 1st floor, so far cleanliness of the building is maintained up to the satisfactory level. When we had an emergency, Security in-charge, Sanjeev Kumar immediately assisted, he is helpful, polite and respectful. Will recommend SBK Realestate for providing good service in the building.

The building is very neat and clean. Its a good place for a family. Its located in an area where you can find everything.The security and the other staff are very cooperative and friendly.

We are very comptable staying here for almost 4 years now, aside of the fact that its very expensive place to stay and every year they are increasing for more than 10%, no negotiations. management in the office are not approachable and rudely answering the phone. Slow in response for maintenance, only the good thing in this building is the security Sanjeev and his colleague the cleaner guy, i dont know the name. who actively and reliably for any emergency situations, they are all attentive.He is paying attention to all the details, strictly following all rules to keep all tenant safe and comtable staying in this building. Always smiling and greet the people who are passing. keep up the good work my friend.

A fabulous apartment building with all the right amenities and excellent levels of cleanliness. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar is the go to guy for anything and everything when it comes to help with anything regarding the apartment and he is more than happy to help ypu with a smile on his face.He has been of great help and never shys away from going that extra mile to help the tenant.

Very easy place to live at. Well maintained facilities and knowledgeable security personnel. Even during the storm and emergency times, he see to it that the issues have solutions and he has an answer for the tenants. Cheers!
