Nice and well maintained building.24/7 Security at the lobby, maintenance office at the lobby. The roof top swimming pool has nice view. Good location, it has 1Bedroom Loft with spacious balcony for rent. -

Living in this building for 2 Years now. From what I have seen so far , management is very responsive to complaints. Security team is polite and always welcomes me back home.The parking lot was redone and refreshed recently.I saw somebody saying the windows are thin , mine definitely arent thin. They are quite sturdy, but perhaps the apartments overlooking the street might have more noise.The water pressure can sometimes be slight issue but I live on the 1st floor so I havent noticed such significant problem.I havent noticed any pests on my floor. -
