Amazing stay at Shams 1 residential building. Rooms were very big, with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Balcony with marina view. Very clean and tidy. 3 swimming pool to use with on-site shops and pharmacy. Kids play area and gym. Very close to the beach. The location is on JBR, which is very busy with all you need. Communication with the agent was excellent. The apartment had everything you needed, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker etc. Will definitely go back and will recommend it to anyone who is looking to go to dubai.

Shams 1 building at Jumeirah Beach Residence is an amazing place to stay very clean and nice pool and stone throw away from Jumeirah Beach. We really had good time. GMCC train station is 10 mins walking distance and Tram is 5 minutes. All main restaurants and amenities are close by

I had the pleasure of staying at the Shams 1 apartment nr 2408 during my recent visit to Dubai and it was an incredible experience. The apartment is spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could possibly need. The panoramic view of the Dubai Marina from the window is simply breathtaking and it was a delight to wake up to this stunning view every morning.The location of the apartment is perfect for anyone looking to explore the Dubai Marin. Its conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, popular restaurants, and shopping malls. The building itself is modern and well-maintained with 24-hour security, so I always felt safe and secure during my stay.

Shams tower is part of Jumeirah Beach Residence project located at Dubai Marina area. The project has been launched in 2006 and very popular among the tourists and investors. I was there as was showing 2bedroom apartment with sea view to my client. Price of aed 2,100,000/- ($575,000/-)Just in case you interested. 😃

Brilliant place to stay. We had everything we needed as we were a family of 5. Our 3 young ( 6, 4 year old and 7 month baby) kids loved it. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed.AC in every bedroom and living room was essential as it was over 40 degrees during our stay. Privatepool was great to cool down and also a short walk to the beach. Our baby provided with a cot on arrival which was nice. Security was everything in the building. Met some nice people from all over the world here.The kitchen had everything cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle, dishwasher ect. Washing machine too.Cant praise the place enough.But most of all Nikolai was such a great host, always going that extra mile for his guests such a great guy!We will definitely return and recommend to family and friends in UK.

Good security, nice building, fine location, within walking area of beach. Lots of elevators, if you dont know, you will be lost, not sufficient signs to lead you to the specific apartment number you are looking for.

This is our preferred spot to stay in Dubai with the family. Qstays furnished apartments do offer a good value for money when they are not overpriced. Stayed with them 2 months ago and now again. This time they were 100% better than last time, service was prompt, everything was well addressed and the location is quite central in JBR.

The rented apartment was in a fantastic location on the JBR Jumiera Beach Residence. We stayed for 3 days, but the view from the 33rd floor of the tower was amazing. Also, the apartment was Luxiury, clean and luxurious, and the atmosphere has changed very much. The space of the apartment is large and comfortable. The apartment has a coffee machine, a kettle, complete kitchen utensils, and a washing machine. There are green spaces for walking at the bottom of the tower. Security is high with cameras and the receptionists are the same as security. On the website, before entering the apartment, there are complete instructions that must be followed, which will be sent by email when the reservation is completed. Thank you and good luck

Very nice area, promenade for walks, patisseries, cafes, restaurants. I recommend visiting Dubai in the second half of February, otherwise it is very hot. The sea at this time is about 24 degrees.
