Family community. Old buildings with no windows so be prepared for that. Only access to fresh air is balcony sliding doors. Well maintained common areas. 2 pools. Cute gym. Small but useable. Beach front access to JBR. Crazy traffic don’t bother driving.

Marvelous location, one of the best buildings in JBR. Very easy to reach by car compared to other JBR apartments, the parking entrance is really great. Beachfront apartments are especially gorgeous at Shams 4, they have the best of view of Ain Dubai . Bla Bla Beach Club is just at the corner, beach is less than 2 minutes walk. Fabulous :-)

5 stars is actually not enough :) The apartment is beautiful and the view is phenomenal. Its clean and lots of light. It is fully equipped. Everyone is very friendly and everything is arranged immediately. There is a parking garage underneath the complex. There are so many entrances to the complex. Everything has been thought of. There are many eateries and coffee bars under the complex. The beach is a few minutes walk away. A fantastic holiday address in the middle of JBR! We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.
