Thats the new sharjah tower located in al wahda main road opposite side of shamseen bakery but google will confuse you and will let you go to opposite side which is in al nahda but this tower is in al wahda road going towards to Dubai and very close to dubai sharjah border. 30 floors plus around 7 or 8 parking lots, near by whole sand (kacha) area so you may park your car anywhere, petrol pump and day to day mart also very near & Mosque also very near just 200 meters away. -

I live on this building from opening. Good personal security, good management, good service. Everything I like. My flat balcony 2 bedroom sunny . 1 bedroom up the 26 floors so small , down flats bigger. Flats inside building so dark, but have people like dark)))) -

Located in the heart of Sharjah city, a modern skyscraper residential building. 30 storey state of the art residential complex is very spacious and ideal for families. Visited many time and found the place very peaceful, neet and clean and comfortable. -

Best building to live in!This building stands tall like a Queen on the road to Dubai.Great efforts by Al Bayan Real Estate!!It has a huge lobby with 10 lifts (8 + 2 service lifts). Quran tilawat is played ground floor lobby in a very soft volume which is very soothing and calming!There is a masjid right in front of the building.It has a service floor above 15th floor. On S floor there is a mosque in the building. The imam is good. He also teaches quran to kids. The service team is good. They will attend whenever you complain. The security guards are also very good.First 7 floors has parking, free for 2 BHK and 3BHK residents. There is a covered swimming pool on the ground floor and a gymnasium in the building which is free for all residents in the building. The timings for ladies and gents are seperate.The overall look and ambience of the building is lovely. There are 20 flats on each floor. This building has 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK flats. The best part is that this building mostly has families staying here who are very decent. Very few bachelors live here.All the rooms are build with modern amenities. You get modular kitchen with chimney and wardrobes in all bedrooms, well build bathrooms with modern fittings and modern led lights in all rooms! All the flats have wooden flooring. Because of these wooden flooring the floor doesnt become very cold due to AC. Its comfortable to walk around without slippers and sit on the floor withour carpet!!There is a grocery store (open from 5am to 2am), a syrian restraunt (24 hr open) and an egyptian bakery in the building itself! Apart from this , you name it and you have it, you have everything within walking distance from here like McDonalds, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Dominos, Night 2 Night, Day 2 Day, Ansar Mall, Nesto HyperMarket, Al Nahda Gift Gallery... the list goes on and on...Overall it is a very safe and secured building as there is a CCTV camera installed in every nook and corner of the building both inside and outside and Security guards keep a watch on it every second.Masha Allahu laquwwata illa Billah. Alhumdulillah! -
