    Ive been living at This Tower in Sharjah and couldnt be happier. The building is beautifully designed with spacious, well-lit apartments offering stunning city views. The amenities are top-notch, including a lounge. Security and maintenance are excellent, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, with easy access to major highways . The management team fosters a friendly community atmosphere, making it a welcoming place to call home.Overall, it is an exceptional living experience. Highly recommended!

    Best Apartment I have stayed with my family ,no exaggeration.My family we have had a very good experience over the past one year ,very conducive, security 24/7 , environment always clean ,lift clean ,no loitering.Unfortunately my finances has become difficult that I cant meet up with my rent and have to move ,will miss everything about this wonderful place .Flat 2914 block B signing out

    We came here as our first stay as a new family of two and could not ask for a better home and value for money.Neatness and cleanliness all the time, the tower team of workers are constantly making sure everything is arranged.Safety measures and tower rules applied to all tenants.Great views were enjoying al mamzar beach.Security is great and the maintenance doesnt take ages.The building is well designed and luxurious which gives a positive vibe.Thanks Al Mawarid Team.     Very good residential building. Two towers, Chiller free, backside parking.All staff and Faizal is available any time of the day and even office hours his response is amazing

    Moved in 2 months ago and loving our stay here. Only thing is we were told the Pool & Gym would be ready within 3 months by the security staff as we were planning our move. I whatsappd the tenancy office to later find out it would take 1-2 YEARS ???How does it take that long to build something like this. Please explain

    Just moved to this wonderful tower building. Brand new property in prime location. Neat and clean surrounding with the spectacular view of Al Mamzar beach. Guys, I am on Cloud 9!!!!!!

    I moved in a week ago. I was promised to get a car parking spot but at the time to signing contract I was informed no parking spot is available. I request the building owners/management to issue a parking spot for me. I don’t want to pay extra for a parking when I was promised that parking spot was included as other residents of the building got.Thank you.
