When I just moved in there was a bit of a Roach problem but I soon realised it was because of the neighbours. As soon as they left the problem stopped. Since then the building has only gotten better. Its properly cleaned and maintained. The garbage room is always clean ever since the new maintenance team took over. The kids sometimes make noise in the hall but its fine and not too bad. The gym is large and mostly well kept. They clean the facade often. No leaks or mould. They also clean the ac vents. (At not additional cost). Its literally across the street from the metro. All in all a nice place to live.
