As a tenant of shurooq land 2 building. I would like to say that buliding management is good and customer servise also good. Moreover building cleaning also good.Regarding security, they are responsible and giving good servise. Hamza and Milan both are doing great job here, they are very supportive with tanets and take care the building as well.

The apartment is clean and tidy. I was surprised by the negative comments and expected to see something bad, but to be honest and from experience I recommend it. The kitchen is equipped with all types of electrical appliances, even the iron and hairdryer are available. The view is wonderful. The room is clean and the bathrooms are very clean. There are services and restaurants nearby. The building guard is nice and dealing with the administrator is also excellent and allowed us to do so. We will receive from 10:00 in the morning, with great kindness.
