    Signature Livings is a beautiful low rise Building with integrated Solar panel on its roof top, human size, very pleasant to live there.Amazing quality of the amenities: Pool, squab, Jacuzzi, Green spaces, clean Indoor air quality,All apartment are with equipped Kitchen, with Italian appliances, bathroom offers integrated music and radio and the studio comes with built in large stylish wardrobe.The place to be !

    I must say it’s just very pretty building with modern and gorgeous apartments. Pleasant environment, warm feeling with lovely sandy colour, glass, wood parts and small green area. The pool view is really lovely and has a squash field next to it. I have faced some issues with my unit as well as the building maintenance, still am but working on solving most of the issues my unit has and SL building is facing. I’ve become an expert on rising complains through Molak, I’m probably a great pain in the @&& although it has been worth it as Deyaar managed to solve many of problems I complained about. Might not be the most perfect management but probably not the worse. Despite some moment of frustration I am still happy with my apartment in general.

    I truly enjoy the finishing of the apartment in Signature livings. They dealt with one of the best company in Dubai for kitchen and wardrobe installation, which were important things for me in choosing the place to live! As well providing the build in kitchen appliances & utilizing each space in very sufficient way makes the staying in apartment very comfortable & enjoyable.Special thanks to Salahuddin & Saqib!

    We are enjoying our stay here, so much! Especially to our housekeeping madam, Margaret she is sooo accommodating and so friendly.. She is such a sweetheart. Thank you Mr. Ramesh for such a wonderful team member. Looking forward to our more enjoyable stay!

    Though we failed to fulfill some documentation required for warranty claims, the team at Green Group has still obliged to most of our requests even after the Defect Liability period was over on a good gesture. We purchased few units for investment mainly due to the reason it is solar powered and stylish, the developer took additional time, since this was covered in the Sales purchase agreement and all developers get additional 12 months extension in case of logistic issues or other problems like lock down and pandemic.We are satisfied with the gains we made by selling one unit and rents are pretty high on Air BNB. However i would like them to improve their communications and making their buyers understand the process of handover since first time buyers have no knowledge.

    I live in Germany and found this project different. i wish the handover was done timely, i understand pandemic stopped everything in the world, my bet of investing in Green building proved right in terms of getting decent tenants and getting sustainable returns. My kids loved the Mobile Coffee feature the most. The garden initiative is very good though. looking forward for the next.

    The building design is very well thought of. The quality of construction and furniture used is absolutely outstanding. What make the living experience even more pleasant is the staff who are ready for help all the time. We are lucky to have Saqib and Kadr from Green Group managing the handover process and the following maintenance, highly professional, responsible, and attentive! Very happy with the building and the team!

    My tenant had issues in setting the Nest thermostat to manage AC and Door bell, also the move in procedure was not explained and my tenant could not move in on time. the experience is like hotel, furniture was upgraded without charging me anything, the mattress is soft like marriott hotel, my tenant was concerned about Air Quality and this building has Fresh Air indoor. i think they need to increase staff to reply timely and explain more details regarding process.

    If my bills were not low and apartment was not cold, i would have given them 3.5 rating for the Fire alarm testings and gas alarm issues, come on guys, you are taking health and safety to another level, beyond humans. During the move in process my movers mess with wooden floor but its sorted by Green Group through warranty. The community management is always busy making improvements, my friends will invest in your next project. They like my music system in the bathroom.

    The Signature Livings apartment is a very good property that has actualized the vision of sustainability in residential apartments. Though construction was delayed due to covid, the Green Group management team equally showed support and patience with us during latter stages of payments and this is very commendable. Looking forward to continued good relationship in future.

    I have purchased an apartment in Signature Livings for many reasons. The first and main reason is that the building is environment friendly. The building offers a numerous facilities like gym, pool, and a nice terrace overlooking the park. The apartments are beautiful especially with the built-in kitchen and the island. Lots of storage and a laundry room. The bedroom design is the best with a separate space as a dressing area and a separate shower and toilet. High tech is also a nice feature making the apartment looks smart and designed for modern people. I recommend this building as an investment project or to rent out. The location of the building has an easy access in-out of JVC. It is also located in a quiet area and close to big supermarkets.

    Green Group have been extremely helpful during the pandemic especially regarding payments. They have been flexible in regards to penalties I should have incurred.Green group have also helped with the valuation which have helped the bank.I would highly recommend buying a development from Green group. They have created some amazing developments. Worth visiting their site. The team especially Abdul have been so helpful and giving the highest level of customer care.

    Very happy with returns, we are atleast 30% above in holiday homes. for feedback, summers are usually slow across dubai and earnings drop, technology and solar powered helps getting decent guests. thought my feedback will help others. Over all satisfied as long as my returns are sustainable.

    One of the best projects here in jvc.it would be perfect if the windows were sound proof. you can literally hear everything from outside like people talking, dogs barking, cars, construction.i can imagine its much quieter for the units facing inwards towards the pool. It seems to be a generell thing as sound isolation in my last new building was also poor.all in all its fine.

    They should provide Tesla charging stations if they are selling Solar powered building. i cant believe this. i was not told this at the time of purchase. I thought it was obvious since they have this huge canopy generating clean energy. i suggest that certain things should be clarified. coming from europe but process here is different. Though i checked with the electricity authority DEWA, they werent providing them to developers. Also i have to bring friends from outside to play squash with me in the courtyard, when other residents are playing i am working. the reason i am giving 5 stars is because i like the finishing and they took care of my defect liability. but please be greater next time.

    This is the only project where from my first visit until now at least 5-6 major upgrades in the specs of the building is done which means there are delivering more than what was promised.     Bought the apartment upon completion of the project. Therefore had the privilege to see the apartment before we bought it. We have had very few issues since we moved in. All are minor issues only. The few issues have been dealt with. Not in the speed I would prefer but the issues have been solved.

    One of the best Building in region and the first of Solar system, great finishing unique and have a smart system as well, I love it from the first sight, I have at the Signature Livings Green Group a penthouse and I like it the most, I was searching a lot before I got there an apartment didn’t find like Signature Livings from where the features and details, they have great service and maintenance and project team l would like to thank and appreciate Saqib and Noaman from maintenance and project team, and I would like to thank and appreciate Waqas and Sallahuddin from sales department, and thanks appreciated to the Security team specially Mohammed .I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great place to live in you can live at Signature Livings Green Group .

    I really liked the house, the service is fast and efficient, today is July 2023. The coffee machine at the entrance is working, very tasty coffee. The pool and gym are clean and not crowded. Recommended for rentals and short term rentals

    One of the best projects in Dubai and one of the most luxurious projects. Their use of solar energy is very excellent and the exterior appearance of the building is excellent.
