A good decent house with a swimming pool and gym and shop below makes it comfortable living. The only issue is most of the houses open kitchen which may not be suitable for some asian families otherwise it is the best place in silicon oasis -

Calm place for stay but Fire alarm seems over sensative or tenants are not educated properly. Can hear the fire alarm 2 - 3 time every day and will alarm inside the room at least once in a week. Also mosq is bit far from here if you are a Muslim and considering frequent visit to the mosq -
