As a broker i have been to almost every tower in Dubai Marina and i have been in this industry for over 14 years now. I must say that Silverene is one of the most well maintained building in Dubai Marina. Its location is perfect, without traffic, next to marina mall, walking distance to the beach, carrefour in the building. There are so many things which make this building perfect for renting or investment. The building management is always making upgrades to the lobby, making sure residents are happy and the is highly secured as well. Over all its a very modern building right in the heart of Dubai Marina.

We lived there (me, my wife and son) and found the building amazing. Close to everything, vibe is awesome, facilities are very good. Ive read a lot of comments about security and concerns not being adresses, but from my experience, this has never happened. The security is very polite, same with the reception and building management. While the fire alarm can be disturbing at times (during the night), we never had a real issue with it since the apartment was big and the living room was not used for sleeping. The only issue we ecountered was with the anacity app and requests for move, but that was due to our fault, not the buildings fault. Indeed, there are lots of airbnbs and people walking in towels sometimes, but were europeans so didnt really have a real issue with it

Amazing place for living. Maybe it is the best in Dubai Marina for long term rent. The shopping center is near as well as a food shop and pharmacy. Comfortable pool and gym. The way to the beach takes not more than 10 minutes.

A very well place to live in. Its got the professional gym, 24hrs pool, groceries store, and entrance from both sides that of from the road and the other from the marina walk, AND the Marina Mall is literally next to it with all its goodies i.e: cinemas, stores, food corts, restaurants, etc. Perfect place to live love laugh all in ONE place.

High class towers with stunning views in an unbeatable location in Dubai Marina (right in the heart of marina - next to marina mall, Pier 7 and yacht club), walking distance to JBR beach (it is next to the bridge). Nice pool and efficient management. These towers dont get out-fashioned, consistently keeping their high quality and premium. The largest gym in Marina just opened in tower B (Uform).Most probably the best towers in Marina.

Excellent Towers, directly facing Dubai Marina, apartment is very cozy and the view is great. The apartment located is superb since all services are around you, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping mall, grocery. All just few steps from you, JBR is not to far from you, it is about 5 minutes walking distance

I pulled up the steep driveway to a beautiful roundabout. In one word, simple breathtaking. As I unpacked my luggage from the taxi, I was greeted by a very pleasant management agent. Shukran she said, as she smiled from ear to ear.My guest came down to welcome me. Guns sculpted and tan on fleet. He helped me with my bags and gave me an overview of the area. Immediately this place felt like home. No. This place felt like paradise!Upon having the chance to explore further, I discovered this building was in the epicentre of the Dubai Marina. I mean - malls, shops, restaurants, cinemas, boats, bars, babes, and beaches all within a stones throw of my balcony. Seriously, pinch me. This must be a dream. A beautiful, exotica, moist, dream.My stay at Silverene Tower was nothing short of extraordinary. I highly recommend it to anyone whos looking for a place thats much better than the place theyre considering.

A splendid multistory tower situated in dubai marina at one minutes walking distance to dubai marina mall. with beautiful views around like sea view, city view, and many residential colony’s view. Very easy to reach, good security system, high speed elevators big enough to fit big size items. A music club and supermarket is there within the building. The annoying thing is no car parking for visitors and guests.

Decent residential tower in Dubai. The interior is modern.The tower is aging as most buildings in Dubai rapidly. This will surely result in more defects coming up in the future. As of now the air con is smelly some times.

Stayed in apartment 1914 with my family. We had a great time both in terms of the comfort of the apartment and the location of the beautiful Dubai Marina. The apartment is equipped with all necessities from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The only flaw is the shower and sink drains. Definitely needs fixing. And polishing the taps would look great.
