Stayed in Impeccable Apartment 1310A by Stay. Loved it. Great location, nice community view, 7 minutes from Dubai Mall, nearby Choithrams grocery store and 2 schools just across the road. Nice finishings as well and very clean. Smaller unit but big enough for couple.

I lived here for over 2yrs, the layout is small, but it is very comfortable. Super good quality, never got any problems with maintenance. Just there is always traffic jam during school time, hope Sobha can solve it ASAP.

Am living here for the past 7 months this is a very comfortable building the decor is frankly very tidy, privacy and tranquility that is very suitable for families. Mr. Arun the front office concierge hes very pleasant and very happy to help the clients always so responsive, efficient and professional am sure hes an asset for this firm and am very impressed with the cleanliness of the building and services they have providing with well cleaned amenities and security.

The place is very clean. The staff are polite, thoughtful and courteous. There is no car noise or noise at all. It is good for a small family. It is clean, clean and quiet.It looks like a residential complex, so you have to enter the complex first and then get to the residential areaI took an apartment for 5 people, two rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a hall for 55 OMR, including taxes.There is free Wi-Fi and parking, and there is a supermarket under the building in case you forgot somethingThe advice is to book through their website or go to the hotel directly. Lovely area. Nice house. The finishing is very decent. Accessories, materials. Good quality household appliances. There is a lot of greenery and it is kept in excellent condition. The landscape design is very decent. The infrastructure is developing. Almost everything was built as stated.In fact, it takes 12-15 minutes to get to Dubai Mall. 15-20 to the airport. If there are no traffic jams. Realtors are a little disingenuous. But the location is wonderful and very promising, it seems to me.Considering that the pool is often in the shade, this is an absolute advantage. Those who dont understand this.
