We were running around for a new apartment to rent for so long that we studied all the houses in this area and of course chose the Greens complex. Not a tall building, closed territory, a comfortable gym and of course polite staff) lived for a year and did not regret it at all and are very happy with this experience.and of course you can bring pets here. Ours really liked it🤍

Sobha Hartland Greens is an exceptional community to call home. The area is not only beautifully designed and convenient but also supported by a dedicated staff.I’d like to give special recognition to Nithin from the security team. He consistently goes above and beyond—always friendly, helpful, and responsive, he provides swift support and proactive updates when needed. His presence has made setting into Shoba infinitely easier for my partner and I.

A quiet place. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, and barber shops. Close to Burj Khalifa. Approximately 10 minutes from the place by car. Close to Dubai Creek Industrial Estate, especially for car repair and spare parts. Approximately 15 minutes to Dubai International Airport and Bur Dubai Market.
