Rented a cozy furnitued appartement at Sobha Waves Building and had a great time at our stay there. We rented it from Samer Georges who helped us with this appartement, which had everying you need, fully equipped. The Building also has a private gym as well as a swimming pool, and is close to many parks and supermarkets. -

I moved into my apartment yesterday.The whole Sobha Waves team is super welcoming and friendly, as well as incredibly helpful to make the arrival as smooth as possible. Raj at the reception really made sure I was perfectly taken care of and Hamid from maintenance instantly removed a tiny issue that I was facing. 10/10 service, great building quality and fantastic amenities. Probably one of the spaciest apartment building gyms I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a lot of them.Happy to call this my new home! -

I was impressed by Sobha’s customer care representative Nardos. I told my problem to her and within minutes the maintenance team was in the apartment . They fixed the issue . Nardos kept her word as she told me she will directly call the maintenance team and will see to it that it gets fixed immediately.Thank you Nardos -

Ok im editing me review after being here for a year now - it turns out to be a really decent place with awesome finishing quality. one thing though tbf, parking is awful and no one respects their parking lot, gotta fight for it and leave notes - they let strangers during the day who take anyone’s spot disrespectfully. fire alarm is annoying too, fires off once a day at least especially at night -

They have swimming poor,gyms, comfortable rooms,beautiful views, green plantations, near main road ,schools are near if you wish ,good transportation bus,tax,VIP cars etc enjoy your stay in happiness -

Such a great project by water lagoon ! And construction going so fast ! Located just 5 min away from Dubai mall and biggest mall in the world Meydan mall also will be 5 min away ! So excited to see how full community will look like ! -
