As a new tenant at SOBO building in JVC, my experience has been excellent, thanks to Kiralyn. She truly understood what I was looking for and gave great advice on which apartment to choose. She was attentive to all my inquiries and ensured the apartment was fully prepared before I moved in. The AC was well-maintained, the apartment freshly painted and deep cleaned—even the closets were spotless. The building itself is clean and well-maintained, making my move-in experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The building is good with a very nice roof terrace and pool. It’s in JVC in a good and ready developed neighborhood.

Best place Ive ever rented in Dubai. The building is run by a landlord who is accommodating and fair. Everything kept clean and well maintained. Staff are brilliant. Highly recommended.
