    This place is so amazing! Beautiful place, magnificent view, new property and very friendly staff. I can even say its like a second home.It is highly recommended to everyone!

    Very accommodating and allowed to check in early at like 9am.So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful.The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking.

    Great building. Quite new (2021 completion) and modern.Balconies are long with access from bedrooms and living rooms.Building only has studios, 1BR AND 2BR so perfect for young professionals/ couples or a young family.Always up to 4 front desk staff available. And reception is covered 247.Building is pet friendly and has a convenience store onsite.

    I had an amazing experience at Sol Avenue since I arrived and that is many thanks to Jennifer, she helped me book the apartment and has been assisting me in my stay going above and beyond in all aspects. Ive really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back.

    The leasing coordinator is amazing! These are great apartments( high quality, nice finishing) and a great area located in business bay, easy access to Downtown. Brand new building and we understand that sometimes brand new building has a little issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to my friends and relatives. Thank you.

    The room and bathroom was clean and large.the wifi was great.the staff are nice and welcoming.– Quiet & Clean , Staff are very friendly & cooperative.Special thanks to Mr. Derik ,Mr.Rohit and Mis Jennifer at the front desk they been always well accommodating.

    We lived in this building for almost a year and decided to stay for another year. The apartment was more than satisfactory, smart layout, spacious rooms, excellent staff in the tower. But there are some nuances, but these are rather my inventions. In terms of price-quality ratio, this place is excellent) In this place I really feel at home. Thanks to everyone involved in this👍🏻
