Sol Bay is a great building in Business Bay, right across from my office. It offers nice residential apartments, along with some retail and office spaces. The location is excellent, and many units have a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa.

I had visited that residence , one of best ambience , interior , exterior designs also having best quality of works .best for living with family and friends in the residence to enjoy the future . Also I had wonder full experience with sales executive persons for all kind supports.Especially we were so excited about the quality of all kinds of works , standard and reputation .Here I am suggesting to everyone for best residence in dubai ….!!

SOL Bay is a great place to live. The building is modern, the amenities are awesome, and the location is super convenient with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!
