The building may not be the best one out there, but it is a very good one nevertheless. I read through some of the negative reviews and I feel they are absolutely not justified. I wonder if anyone isnt happy there, why not simply move out? I live there for the past few years and its a very friendly, clean building with excellent staff. Some complain about pest and yet they wouldnt even know how to properly dispose of their garbage. I bet the inside of the apartments is nothing but filthy and this naturally attracts insects which affect us all in the building. The construction noise outside should not be weighed in at all as there is nothing the building owners can do about it. If you are truly want to change this, complain to the relevant authority instead.
