Conveniently located in the greens community very near to albarsha and mall of the emirates, Soluxe Residency is a Chinese run apartment complex with exquisite access to swimming pool, gym and public transport. I am in a studio apartment on a lower floor. The building is fairly well managed, the reception is manned by lovely staff: Sarika and Madhu. My check in was seamless and the room itself is spacious and large, fully furnished with all modern appliances and the balcony is quite large as well. It is one of the most economically priced blocks in the community. Splendid

I live in Dubai for almost 5 years.The Greens is one of my favorite areas .It is peaceful and safety.Especially Soluxe, perfect.There are many facilities ,such as gym,swimming pool,BBQ area,etc. They have 24 hours security and technician .Except these,there are supermarket/coffee shop/pharmacy/restaurants/hospital/bus station/metro,etc, near by.Only 5-15 minutes walking or driving. More convenient !

Simply best place in dubai i have ever lived in, and th fact that it is located in The Greens makes it even more mesmerizing.Good management, and staff is very nice. Im loving my stay here.

It is a very nice place with nice people. The Chinese management ,the reception, the security, the housekeeping supervisor, the technician, they all r very kind. I saw one guy gave an incorrect comment. Su Sha is kind to tenants and tried to solve issues every time. I am sure he did not get what he wanted ,so said that.Anyway,if I return to Dubai,I will choose Soluxe again.
