Iam absolutely thrilled to call Soul Avenue in Mamzar my home! Genuinely one of the best properties in Mamzar. The rent is reasonable, the building is new, facilities are good (pool, separate men and women gym, plenty of elevators, a laundry and supermarket downstairs, etc.). Well managed in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. I would remove 0.5 stars for some fittings and paint quality but then I’d have to add 0.5 back because the admin and maintenance teams are prompt and quick.
