We live on the 14th floor, we love the building and its location.Cons:The greatest downside of the building is that the tenants cannot have a private gym to workout and are forced to use Gymnation (always with a lot of people) what was promised to before renting the apartment.For a car to pick you up, there is only one strip and its a mess. Al Wasl should build in the pavement a waiting area for at least two cars to facilitate pick-ups.Pros:2 bedrooms with 1400sqft is a great spaceLoads of natural lightGreat view to Jumeirah/sea sideGreat location as its walking distance to city walk and to DIFC, super central.You can pay for an extra parking space, what is quite rare in buildings nowadaysGreat value for money
