This building is truly exceptional. The security, especially Peter, is friendly and welcoming, adding a sense of safety. The spacious, well-maintained apartments make it a perfect place to call home.

The building it’s self is well maintained by amazing staff whom are willing to help at a drop of a hat.The apartments is very spacious we’ll designed with a very good fitted kitchen & bathroom,along with a quite large balcony for a 1 bedroom.There is a gym which I use daily very well equipped (Matrix)Good shower and changing facilities.Pool is outside heated during winter months,also a baby toddler pool plus a jacuzzi.What makes this home for me is the safety I feel living here.

South Residence is a dream come true. The location is perfect, the community is welcoming, the property quality is exceptional, and the amenities are fantastic.
