    If you love a quiet place I would recommend this building the staff is polite but Logic Utilities would be the main reason to move out they overcharge the chiller even after you’ve been away for upto a month your monthly bill will be over the top I’m really questioning their billing criteria.

    Lived here for two years in a studio and 1 Bedroom both. Building was great in terms of maintenance and security. The apartment furnishing was top class too. Moved out due to two problems1. Cockroaches in the last few months. Dont know where they started coming from but my apartment was swarming with them towards the end despite it being kept clean2. Lack of entertainment nearby. Expect a boring lifestyle as there is nothing to do in sports city and you have to take a car ride even just to get tea.

    Ive been resident of this building for the last 4 years, and overall experience is positive, however there are always things that are not good, in any building or community.So to start from positive sides:1.Price is good for the market and size of the apartment. There are very few offers no the market where you can get fully furnished apartment with all facilities at similar price at the moment. There are 3 types of studios for any budget, 1BR and 2BR apartments. Largest studio is approx. 50sq.m. with full kitchen - not many buildings offer similar layout and size.2.Location. There is much less traffic in this part of Sports City. Easy access to Al Khail road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Hessa street. Motor City is nearby with all the shops, supermarkets, cafes etc. City Center Meaisem is just 5-10mins drive.3.Roads have been fixed recently, so there are no any humps anymore.4.Good swimming pool, however it is not very big.5.Jogging track - there is a dedicated floor with the jogging track. Its not long or huge, but I have not seen many buildings in Dubai with own jogging track inside.6.Apartments are fully furnished and have huge built in wardrobes (especially larger studios or 1BR/2BR).7.Underground parking (there are several parking lots outside in the open area as well so check it with the agent if you want underground parking (it is better option for Dubai weather).8.Friendly staff (security, community management, facilities staff). I have not encountered any issues or concerns ever.9. Overall clean building, regular pest control.Now negative sides:1. You need a car. Yes there is a bus stop next to the building entrance, but it takes a lot of time to reach anywhere by bus.2. No much place for walk, there are no any parks in the walking distance. There is a lake nearby but its just underdeveloped area overall.3. Quality of furniture and appliances is quite low. The building is not new, so consider that not everything is perfect. However management team will help with any issues.4. Poorly equipped and relatively small gym. There are few standard machines, treadmill, cycling and stepper, bench press, and standard set of dumbbells. Thats all. If there are more than 3-4 people in a gym at the same time, it feels crowded.5. Thin walls. Sometimes you can hear neighbors cooking in the kitchen. I assume these walls are made of paper.. however its common issue for many buildings.6. Construction nearby. I think you cannot avoid it anywhere at all, here its not an exception too.Thanks for reading, hope it was helpful.
