I lived in the bulding for two years 2018 and 2019.Very Nice and Big building. it is actually the best abd the cleanest building in the area, has a laundary, restaurants, and chuitrms supermarket that has food dupplies and others that you may need. the building also has park on the 7th floor as well as swimming pool and gym on the top floor.Bit more expensive that other buildings in the area but it worth living in

Nice view as a viewer… but as a human cleaning is very difficult for those workers… Pray god for new equipment for cleaning… But still technology not improved this is the main example watch video

Its an amazing family building to stay. Its located in a prime location of Dubai Silicon Oasis, Choithiram(24 x 7) is located in the same building with free home delivery too. Its a 25 story building. View from this building is fantastic. Swimming pool, GYM, kids play area and sauna are available in this building. Its a clean and neat building to have a peaceful stay. There are lots of food joints nearby (Salam namaste, Annapurna, Puranmal, one square meal, vietnamese restaurant, Dominos, McDonalds etc). School is close by at a walking distance. Life Pharmacy is near.

Today I went to this enormous castle looking tower. The lobby was really nice but I think they should add a bit more to it but it doesnt matter. Overall its a great place to live and the parking space is good. There are schools, hospitals, supermarkets and a lot more.

This building is very nice it has a park on the 7th floor which makes living here a different experience but building management sometimes not up to the mark squash court and swimming pool also available but Gym is not again the best but buildingnis very good for kids again the rent is too high these days since appts are owned by individuals and they demand too much not like one owner building....

Very good building with spacious rooms. They have a childrens play area with walking area and health club which has gym and swimming pool.

Good value for the prices. The hallways are clean, the garden area is finally open, and the gym is not too shabby (nothing amazing though). The security men are lovely, but security is not tight at all. However, Ive never faced any issues in my 4+ years living here. Depending on what floor you live in, you might have neighbours who keep the garbage room clean, or those that throw stuff everywhere. Major plus for the 24/7 Choithrams in the building.

7 years old building but still in perfect condition. Parking from ground to 6th floor. Swimming pool at the roof is very small and not deep. The separated by sex gyms are fair enough. The staff is kind. All the facilities are clean and with pleasent smell. No insects even at the garbage chute. Choithrams Supermarket at the ground floor. Briefing a very good place to stay in.

Clean, tidy, well-organized and serviced. Apartment sizes are better than most other buildings in Silicon Oasis. Supermarket and ATMs downstairs. Plenty of parking. All in all a great place to live.

Very neat and clean building and very accurate services like cleaning and things like that .. plenty of lifts and security 24/7 besides the view on the street is phenomenal . the best advantage is that you have a big supermaket under the building (choitrams market) you can easily pick anything at anytime

This tower is one of the tallest and most beautiful in the Silicon oasis, Dubai. Landscape Views from this tower is something you dont want to miss. Beneath the tower is Choithram supermarket and Lamagon restaurants. The tower boasts of a gym for its residents and also a sweet crystal-clear, temperature adjustable swimming pool sitting at the top of the tower. The structure is a classical fabricated one. The security is top notch and its worthy of every expenses paid. It also has sauna and some other wonderful facilities. Beautiful should be another name for this silently glamorous tower.

Excellent facilities and great place to live in with an advance infrastructure, all required amenities are near by and surrounded by educational institutes, free zone companies and easy to reach any near by place in Dubai with less traffic. All new technologies and development are implementing and good vision by Dubai Government.

Does any one know if pets/ dogs are allowed . We were told by developer when buying that pets are allowed. Can somebody share SPA? Regarding rules about the pets in this building.

Choithrams is situated on the ground floor which makes it a perfect choice for livingAmenities 5/5The building has a gym, pool, and a private mini park.Apartment size 5/5Despite being old, the building’s apartments and public areas are very well maintained and are at par with new buildings in the vicinity. The apartments are much larger than the neighbouring towers.
