Very neat and clean residence building, well maintained. Easily accessible Metro and Bus station, very near to Deira City centre and Day to Day, Business Village and Clock tower.

Neat and clean building ,specious apartments. Proper maintenance and Supportive staff especially Mr. Vijesh really cooperative and prompt action. Prime location just near to metro and bus station. Deira city center is 5 minutes away..

The building is great, and the elevators are fast as well.As the structure itself is old, you will find rust in the water. Normally people use the water filter to avoid that.

Home is where the heart is. The place is strategically placed between work location, a nearby mall and close to a metro station. You also have a grocery next to the building, a cafeteria and a few walks toward the Centurion Tower where the famous Dampa/Bodega Restaurant is at.

Security and cleanliness of the building and flats were all well maintained,accessible to all nearest Shopping mall,Super markets and Restaurants like (Deira City Center,Day to Day,Green House,Wemart,Centurion Tower etc.Few mins away from bus station and metro station.friendly and accomodating staffs and security guards.....keep it up ....👌
