    3004 is lovely apartment with amazing skyline, ocean and marina view. Sunrise and sunset can be seen everyday. fully furnished everything you need for the whole family including baby’s. Brand new apartments, great faculty’s, friendly and professional staff. Great locations, kinds outdoor playground. gym, sauna, swimming pool.     Stella Maris Tower is a really great Tower, with good facilities and safety. The reception staff (Henna,Salami)are very friendly and kind.. They have been very helpful to me.

    Amazing luxury apartment. I love the design they make it with a lovely view to see. They provide a lot of stuff that you can use it like oven, plates, glasses, etc...Prices was suitable for the apartment.

    Fabulously opulent with high end finishes and continued maintenance makes this 48 floored tower the obvious choose within the south of the Marina. Pick no flat lower than the 39th for that view point advantage .

    Owner and resident of a unit in this building. I am addressing a couple of comments here for the sake of public knowledge and will update it in the future as needed.(Updated 21 February 2024)1. The mold issue mentioned in a recent review appears to have been caused by the negligence of the owner of that particular unit, who is apparently using it as a short-term rental (unfortunately with cheap decorations and appliances). However, this is not an issue for the entire building.Recently, there was a water leakage incident in the middle section of the building. The tower management quickly responded to the incident but the upkeep of a unit ultimately depends upon each owner. In Dubai’s maritime climate where the humidity can reach 90% or higher, any residential unit can deteriorate quickly if the owner does not run the AC system and takes a good care of the unit, like visiting it regularly and checking for potential problems. Sorry to hear that such a new unit has already fallen into that dismal state.2. The gym has been improved since the other negative review was posted, but it still does not have a Smith machine or a squat rack. Honestly, it is not a place for serious weightlifting and is better equipped for some cardio and machine-based training.The space itself could have been much better with great views and nice ceiling, but the developer does not seem to have had anyone who actually works out and knows how to configure a gym.Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

    I cant describe the apartment in a residential hotel. Its beauty, cleanliness and arrangement. Its location overlooks Dubai Marina and it has everything you would expect. I strongly recommend it. It has fully integrated bedrooms, bathroom amenities and an integrated kitchen. Everything is available from utensils, a kettle, a toast maker and a refrigerator. Wooow.

    A very nice holiday apartment. Very clean, very nice and helpful staff. Everything you need such as a supermarket, restaurants, harbor and beach is within walking distance. The nice taxi drivers do the rest for little money. We had a great stay here at Stella Maris Tower... Thank you!

    Good day everyone!In general, the living conditions are quite comfortable, but there is no room for luggage. Therefore, if you have a late flight, you won’t be able to leave your luggage at Stella and go for a walk.
