In my 22 years in Dubai, rented 7 different flats, Stella is by far the best apartment and best building. Very well maintained, the cleanest building and very courteous, professional yet friendly and helpful staff. We left because we needed to move to a 2-bedroom apartment. Otherwise we would have stayed on.

I lived in Stella for 2 years and it was the best and most comfortable apartment ever. The building’s staff are very friendly and always helpful. Only moved out to be closer to work but I can’t recommend this building enough.

Its a tower with lots of apartments, most have a balcony, from the outside it looks not bad and what is most important: its very central, by car you reach everything very well and its also near to the metro station.The security and all people I met who live there are very friendly and gentle, the atmosphere to live in Stella Tower is really nice. There are 3 lifts, in 3 weeks when I visited my daughter, not one of the lifts had been out of order or didnt work!Theres also a gym and a pool downstairs.The apartment of my daughter is really great, an open nice little kitchen, a light big living room with enough space to have a table and chairs as well as a sofa, cupboards and a tv !The sleeping room Is very big with a big .... for your clothes. My daughter has a wide bed for two with two small.... at each side. Theres a bathroom with a shower and WCreachable from inside of the bedroom.On the opposite theres another WC which is big enough for a bathroom for guests.

Great apartment with all kitchen appliances (fridge freezer, gas hob and gas cooker, washing machine). You have to pay 1000aed per year for the gas (a one off payment). Great maintenance and friendly helpful staff

Great apartment, clean and well maintained. Best of all: the balcony! love it. its big and wide. Used to have family and friends over to have diner at my balcony!

Nicely finished well maintained building . Only concern is small covered pool at ground level which would be great for young children to use but not good for those sun worshippers.
