    Studio One is what I’ve been looking for, modern, clean, and well maintained. It’s not so common to find a place like this in Dubai Marina!The management is friendly and always available to help 24/7. I really like the gym, yoga room, pool, and sauna.It’s just a 10min walk from JBR, and the Marina canal is right across the street.Overall, as a resident, it’s been a great experience living here, and I’m grateful for all the amenities and care!

    Comfortable apartment in a relaxed neighborhood. Easy access to the Dubai Marina. Large supermarket next door, and many other useful stores and services within a short walking distance. Attentive and personable security personnel. Beautiful views. Modern style. Familiar and well-known building and area, for Careem and other delivery services. Suitable parking with short drive time to reach Sheikh Zayed Road. Would definitely stay there again, for either short term or long term. Recommended.

    The building is very good. I attended a Yoga session today and that was phenomenal. Building management is doing a great job.

    Ive been renting an apartment in this building for over 5 months. In general Im very happy about the location, building being clean, maintenance team fixing things very quickly, security and administration being very helpful. Also the gym, swimming pool, saunas are very nice.Its 10 minutes walk to the public beach, 5 minutes to the marina promenade, restaurants.The only downside is that the company that provide AC to this building (Zenner) is absolute crap, they overcharge, they are not responsive and have thievs attitude.

    The tower is definitely still newer and the it looks nicer inside and everything is more modern. Location is also pretty nice, very close to the Marina. Only downside is the traffic in the morning which is just terrible and unpredictable. Otherwise I can’t say anything bad.People at the reception are also very friendly and the other people living there were nice ☺️

    The location is great, 15 minutes walk from the beach, and 5 minutes from the Marina. The facilities including the gym and swimming pool are impeccable.Despite the difficult exchange and complicated payment. I had a great time.

    We lived in the building for a month, we had a studio on the 25th floor overlooking the MarinaThe studio itself is not large; in the bathroom, the opening of the doors to the shower itself and the door are not very well thought out.The building has underground parking, a gym with exercise equipment, a gymnastics room, a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool.The building is located so that there are always no traffic jams on entry and exit, there are a couple of grocery stores nearbyIf you choose a high floor and a view of the Marina is the most important thing in this house, be prepared to hear the mosque

    The hotel is very beautiful, fully complete. Literally, it was a house, not a hotel. It has a laundry, full dishes, and cleaning materials. They are interested in the smallest details and the view is awesome. ❤️❤️❤️ I will visit it again.
