So, I moved into Sulafa Tower a while back, and I’m pretty happy with my decision. The building has come a long way—it’s cleaner, safer, and more modern than before. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for much more in terms of location and amenities.

I have just bought a property there to rent out. Normally it is a nightmare -“” the paper work and so forth, but honestly, super straightforward all the process. Mrs. Arshana replying on whatsapp constantly - and making everything so easy. I am so happy with the community areas and the staff. All the little details make a difference - so i am happy that my service charge money is going to the right places :-)

Great building with an excellent location! It’s just a 5-minute walk to Dubai Harbour, where you can take a yacht trip. The free public beach at JBR is a 20-minute walk, but you can also get there by tram. There are also beach clubs even closer, within walking distance. Speaking of transport, the Mina Seyahi tram station is just across the road (a 3-minute walk), the nearest metro stations are a 15-minute walk, and Dubai Marina is only 7 minutes away on foot.All necessary shops are nearby, including Spinneys and Carrefour.Regarding the building itself, I was initially hesitant because of some negative reviews, but none of them turned out to be true. The building management is very responsive and accommodating. The security team is friendly, and access is controlled via Face ID – a security system that only a few buildings in Dubai Marina have. The new management company has already renovated the reception area, gym, and swimming pool.The building has 76 floors, but there are no issues with elevators, as there are 9 of them, and they are all fast.Overall, Sulafa Tower is a great place to live in Dubai!

The tower has been completely renovated and many maintenance works have been done: Pest controls, chiller pump sobstitution and the complete renovation of the gym.In general, during the last year the tower quality has esponencially increase and the issue of the overcrowding has been solved with the smart istallation of face Id system. These reviews are all crazy and it seems like the tenants have problems themselves. I have lived in this building for 3 months now, and I was worried because of these reviews... thank God I didnt listen! This building is AMAZING! The management is so responsive, they always answer and are the sweetest. The security? I love them! I have people coming in all the time, they never question them. These security men are genuinely so sweet, they always make sure to say good morning, ask how im doing, they even remember my friends and say hello to them.The gym here is honestly one of the best Ive seen, its super big and clean.The elevators are amazing. I live on a high floor, and it takes less than a minute to get to the top. Its done in such a good way.Ive never had problem with pest — I got pest control when I moved for cleanliness reasons. My family does that in the Golden Mile at Palm too... so thats no problem, its just a must if youre a clean person.The building is always clean! Always. And to that person saying theres people outside his window? These are window cleaners! To make sure the building is clean. This happens in ALL buildings.Seriously, dont double guess this building if you liked the apartment. Its amazing, I now recommend it to everyone and make sure to tell them that these reviews dont make sense one bit.Update: Ive now lived here for 8 months and I still love the building. I literally have 0 problems. I 100% its the people from the building who have an attitude problem and are rude to staff or act above them.This place is nice.

I have lived here 5 years, since Saga took over management of the building they have gradually turned the place around. If you need help, speak with Bran at security. Honestly one of the nicest guys you could meet, always happy and smiling, he remembers our names and asks about my partner when he hasn’t seen her in a while. He befriended my parents when they visited and asks about them too. Great guy.

Saga international, in particular Hind and Ramez, are doing an excellent job to maintain the building and resolve all the existing issues to the best of their ability. They have inherited a terrible legacy from the previous property management company, and it’s unfair to blame Saga for the existing issues in the tower. I am confident that they’ll overcome all of the major issues and make the tower quite livable again.

4 stars only because the rented apartment is excellently finished, clean, beautiful and tastefulThe price is not cheap, but it is very useful for a family of 4 peopleThe disadvantages are the parking and the type of lighting. It is quite gloomy and you feel that you have come to the wrong place, but apartment 4809 is not a mistake.

Sulafa is the only tower on Marina that has been almost completely renovated. I dont know why people complain about security. There is a law in this building that if you rent out rooms by room, then only one person must live in each room, otherwise they will not register with face ID. So look for good and correct owners, who will have everything legally and who won’t have any problems at the reception either 🙏

A good building with good management and an excellent maintenance team. I suffer from the problem of the lack of gas in the building and the use of gas for electricity
