Living in Summer 4 – Creek Beach has been a great experience overall. The biggest highlight is definitely the direct access to the beach, which makes for a relaxing and scenic lifestyle, especially in the cooler months. The community is clean, modern, and family-friendly, with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.That said, during the hot summer months, it can be a bit challenging for families with young children, as there’s no dedicated indoor play area for kids within the building. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re looking for year-round entertainment for little ones.
