Security management every one is good and about cleaning I give 10/10 coz its very clean I saw near this other building but no cleaning very smelly and some building have elevator 🛗 problem but this building such a good cleaning everything is good but one thing thats why I gave 4 star coz no water pool open in summer ⛱️ no gym -

If you are looking for a room or shared rooms(a.k.a Partition near Mall of Emirates, this is a nice choice. 8 minutes walk to Mall of Emirates, 3 minutes to Lulu Hypermarket, 2 minutes walk to Citymax Hotel, 24/7 supermarket down the building, near by KFC and a number of other restaurants. Multiple supermarkets around. Rooms are descently priced. -

We moved here not long ago, it seems clean, it would be great if there was a prayer room inside (mosque)
