Amazing Experience Living at Sydney tower!I stayed at sydney tower for 2 years, and it truly felt like home from day one. The management team is incredibly responsive and professional — always ready to help with any concerns, big or small. The building is well-maintained, with clean common areas and excellent security, which gave me great peace of mind.The amenities are a major highlight — from the gym to pool, everything is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The views from my apartment were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset!Location-wise, it couldn’t be better — close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, and all the essentials with a supermarket at the ground floor. Highly recommend sydney tower to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and high-quality living experience!

Very well maintained building with prime location!Quality furnished, bright rooms, clean apartments with all what you will need for comfortable living! Very polite and friendly owner!I am working with Sydney long time and all my clients when they entrance to bld -they like everything inside! I have lived very happily in Sydney Tower going into my third year! Its within walking distance from Five JVC , lovely gardens and with at least 3 supermarkets on the same block. The balconies are very generous and both maintenance, security and the building manager are friendly, approachable and super helpful. It is not often the landlord is so readily available to hear any concerns or queries and this makes such a difference! I would certainly recommend my current home to others looking for a quality building, in a good location with great management!

Located in a nice community JVC, reasonable rent. I havent faced any issues with the apartment or the staff. Maintenance team is very good. Finishing of the building is very good. All are very cooperative and understanding. I personally know Mr Ubaid (Manager of the building). He is a very nice person. The staff is very helpful. I highly recommend this building.

I really loved this tower. Reasonable rent, good finishing. I havent faced any issues with the apartment or the building. From the security to the maintenance team - all provide good service. Owner and his assistant are very cooperative and understanding. The management company is trustworthy, very helpful, excellent customer service. All and all, I highly recommend this building

We cant help but be overwhelmed at how beautiful the apartment when we set foot into it! It is so lovely!We went to view and check the place along with our staff, and our CEO Mr. Sebastian Bates and wife Miss Vicki was there too! We are impressed at how clean and sanitized the entire apartment is. The furnishings are super fancy and comfy, we really fell in love with the place how nice, fresh and homely it feels to be in it! Our #WarriorFamily will surely be very happy to stay in the place. The admin assistant Miss Ana is also very friendly and accommodating in addressing our needs and helped the process flow smoothly! I been living in Dubai for more that 15 years and during my stay I never had a place that I call it home until i move in sydney tower. From the way they helped me to register to servicing the unit when I have a problem. It been a good journy. The building is new will full facilities. They maintain it clean at all times and they have good location (which helped me alot when going out to work). If you think about moving it JVC then I advice you to visit the place.

I live in this building since March 2018, and to be honest there was some maintenance to be done in the beginning as in any new building... but the agent and the service team was very responsive and attended to all issues very quickly, security team is very nice, service is very good, management (your homes real estate broker) are very good.... overall it is very nice building.
