A clean & well maintained building with beautiful interior and neat Finishing. It’s my 4th year living happily in this building & never felt the need to move or relocate.

Spick and Span building to say the least. Very proper finishing, like of which you rarely see in new developments in Jvc. The landlord Mr.Talal is present weekly on the premises and is very meticulous regarding the overall look and state of the building, including efficiency of staff. The building staff and facilities management are very helpful and friendly, as long as you dont ask anything of them thats out of the building rulebook. Pool area is a dream, Gym is up to date with very fine equipment. Bravo
