Terraced Apartments is a part of a beautiful gated green community in motor city dubai. The expansive balconies over looking the man made lake offer beautiful views and an outdoorsy experience which is very unique in Dubai. The layouts of the apartments are roomy unlike small boxlike apartments in dubai. The location is very nice near shops, restaurants and schools. The community is safe and quiet. -
