Great building, very well looked after. Friendly and helpful staff, awesome swimming pool. It’s our 2nd year here and we are loving it!

Lived here for 1 year and had a great experience. We were on the side facing the pool and the courtyard. Very cozy and comfortable. The building maintainence are very friendly :)

I lived at the Atria for just under 2 years and I absolutely loved it. The location is great and the management team and reception staff were amazing. A big shout out to Maria at reception and Ali from the maintenance team who made my stay comfortable. I see there are multiple complaints on here regarding the construction in the area, but isn’t that pretty much all of Dubai and to be fair there is always a price to pay for living in such an amazing part of Dubai with canal views and the Burj. You can’t have it all :)Beautiful apartment and one of the best apartments and locations I have ever stayed in Dubai. I would live there again if I had the chance.

The Atria Residences feature good quality and beautiful apartments with floor to ceiling windows.Majority of two bedrooms come with 2 underground parkings which is amazing for small families.However, service charge from the developer is high.
