Have been staying for almost 2 years now. The one exceptional thing about the building is the management team. The building is super well maintained, location is perfect and have supermarket / restaurants in the building.

This residential apartment Building located in between Business bay canal and Al Khail road. Good view of the city and Burj Khalifa. It offers modern and functional one and two bed room apartments with open/closed kitchens, and balcony for all apartments. Equipped with swimming pools, community gardens and terrace, gym, sauna etc.

My friends invited me to have a dinner and we really enjoyed everything from the service and the food .calamers and grilled tuna was amazing .The manager and the staff are good and friendly. Ms Ann who took our order was kind and helpful she always checks us if we are ok. We love the positive vibes of your team ,so we we’re surely comeback again. Thank you guys🥰

The building is modern and beautiful, and the building management pays great attention to the comfort of the residents. We were pleased with this concern of the lady in charge who contacted us and promised us amenities, including replacing some of the security and reception staff to keep up with her vision of matching the buildings reputation for its great image.

An excellent building, the owners did everything with love, I decided to buy an apartment there, very nice developers and a respectful, attentive attitude to everything, including house maintenance!!!!
