I would like to thank you to Vishnu for helping us moving here smoothly. He works in the reception but very approachable and quick action to whatever need and problem that needs to be attended. The apartment is amazing. Clean and the facilities is decent as well. Few problems that we had, but the team manage to solved them. Many thanks to housekeeping and maintenance team as well for making our stay amazing. Thank you all.

I recently moved out of The Belvedere residences and I couldnt be happier with my experience there. The quality of maintenance and support from the staff was exceptional. Any issues I had were promptly addressed and resolved, making my living experience stress-free. The staff was always friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. I highly recommend The Belvedere for anyone looking for a well-maintained and supported living environment. Thank you, Belvedere team, for making my stay there a wonderful one!

The staff is really helpful. Their agent, Mr. Mohamed Aswani knows what he is doing and is very responsive and easy to deal with. The receptionists Vishnu and Mohandas are also a delight to communicate with. Definitely better than the people we dealt with from our previous apartment.

We stayed at The Belvedere Residences for more than a year and it was an amazing experience! We totally recommend this place for the proximity to metro station (less than 5 minutes walk), maintenance team’s timely support, superb ambience and a very positive vibe! Special thanks to Mr. Vishnu, Mr. Sriram, Mr. Manoj, Mr. Santosh and all the other team members for their endless support during our stay and making our stay memorable! If you’re looking for a family building and staff members like a family, this is the place for you! Hospitality at its best!P.S.: We moved only because we wanted 2 BHK with 2 master bedrooms which, unfortunately, The Belvedere Residences does not have. It offers a standard 2 BHK with 1 master bedroom but, I must say that it’s very spacious! We will miss this homely place, for sure!

Vishnu at the reception is a very resourceful guy, rest of the team is also very helpful and quick to fix any apartment issues. Building is nice and comfortable to stay with least traffic. Lifts are always available on need.
