Lived there for 1 year in the penthouse, completely secured and perfectly made gym, pool and many more services at the top floor to get a beautiful view of Dubai. -

The building is managed by Kingfield. I like the fact that 3 dedicated lifts serve the office part of the tower (1st to 8th floor), which keeps it congestion free. -

People who gave low rating is not even living in the building.. Rate the building and facilities if you are resident of the building not base on your own experience just bcoz u visited your friend who live in the building....since day one, until now the building is well maintained. -
